Job Description:
Bromley Court Hotel is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service across our restaurant, bar, and events spaces, helping create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in the restaurant, bar, and function rooms
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are met
• Assist with events such as weddings, conferences, and private functions
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Adhere to all health and safety and hygiene standards

About You:

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team ethic
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage
