Chef de Partie

We are looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this vital role, you will take responsibility for your designated section, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and recipes provided
• Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

About You

• Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably as a chef in a hotel or large catering establishment.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
