Role Overview:

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will support and learn from our Senior Chefs in all aspects of day-to-day kitchen operations. This includes receiving and storing deliveries, preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to a high standard, and working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional service for our guests.

You will follow all company procedures, maintain high food quality and presentation standards, and uphold full compliance with our Food Safety Policy. After completing your initial training, you will be confident in independently running a kitchen section when required, providing reliable support in the absence of a Chef de Partie.

Key Responsibilities:

• To be aware of and strictly adhere to hygiene and food safety standards as laid down by the company and legal requirements
• Maintain high levels of hygiene in working practice
• Work with a high level of attention to detail
• Ensure minimum wastage
• Ensure stock is controlled and rotated.  Accept and store deliveries
• Ensure that mis en place is completed in your section
• Ensure that food is served to guests on time
• Assist the Senior Chefs in creating and maintaining high-quality food standards
