The main hotel entrance has five steps, but step free access is available. Accessible entry to the restaurant is available through the main reception and using the list to the first floor

Accessible entry to the Bowie, William Pitt, Hendricks and Macmillan rooms is through the middle entrance

Entrance is lit at all times

Entry alert/bell is available

The reception floor is tiled and suitable for wheelchairs

Seating is available in the reception area

Accessible WC available on the ground floor and on the first floor by the restaurant

We have 1 fully accessible bedroom

Also, one additional bedroom with a wet room, wheelchair friendly door, low sink

Several rooms have accessible features, such as shower cubicle with a small lip to step over.

Bedroom furniture can be re-arranged on request (furniture is fixed)

Non-allergenic bedding is available upon request prior to arrival day

The fire alarm system is bells, sirens and flashing lights. Assistance is given with evacuation if necessary

The bells and sirens will ring continuously if evacuation is needed if you require assistance for evacuation please notify us on arrival
