The largest of the hotel’s meeting and functions suites, located on the ground floor, with private patios and view over the grounds. Ideal for team away days and wellness activities.

Darwin Room
The Darwin Room is a contemporary function suite located on the ground floor.
It can accommodate up to 35 delegates cabaret style, with natural daylight, air conditioning and a private bar.
Amelia’s Room
The Amelia’s Room is an uplifting space with high ceilings and a large bay window, flooding the space with natural light.
Located on the first floor, with step free access via the lift, this is the ideal space for groups of up to 55.
Bowie Room
A modern meeting space, suitable for up to 12 in a boardroom set up.
This meeting room offers a dynamic meeting space with natural daylight, air conditioning and free WiFi access, a 65inch TV screen and video conferencing hire available.
William Pitts Room
A flexible meeting space on our ground floor. Suitable for up to 65 in a theatre set up and 28 for cabaret.

Leona’s Room
Situated on the first floor overlooking the beautiful grounds at the rear of the hotel.
With excellent daylight and a high ceiling, fully air-conditioned, free WiFi access this is an idyllic option for your next meeting.
Hendrix Boardroom
A compact meeting space, ideal for small board meetings, one to one’s and interviews.
