The Conference & banqueting supervisor is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the hotel’s meetings, conferences, weddings, private events and banqueting operation.
The role ensures all event spaces are prepared to the highest standard, events are delivered professionally and guests receive exceptional service throughout.
Whilst Conference & banqueting remain the primary focus of the role, the Supervisor is also an integral member of the wider Food & Beverage team. During quieter conference periods they will provide operational support within the restaurant and bar operations, helping to maintain consistently high service standards across the hotel.
This is a hands-on operational role, leading from the floor, supervising service teams, coaching colleagues and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
