Evening Public Area Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Evening Public Area Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas within our establishment, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This role is crucial in upholding our high standards of hygiene and aesthetics.

Duties

• Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure that all surfaces are dusted, polished, and free from debris.
• Monitor the cleanliness of restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by management.
• Uphold health and safety standards in all cleaning practices.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Pay: £11.44-£11.75 per hour
