We are seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Commercial Sales Manager to join our Sales team.

The Bromley Court Hotel is looking for a commercially focused and proactive Commercial Sales Manager to drive new business, develop key corporate accounts and strengthen our position across Bromley, Kent, South East London and the surrounding markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the hotel’s corporate sales and business development activity. You will build a strong pipeline of new opportunities, secure negotiated accommodation agreements and grow room-night production through targeted prospecting, networking and account management.

Working closely with our revenue, marketing, meetings and events, reservations and operational teams, you will play a central role in delivering the hotel’s wider commercial objectives. We are looking for a confident relationship-builder with proven hospitality sales experience, strong commercial awareness and the energy and determination to turn opportunities into long-term business.
